Experience our 4 seater, self driving converted
golf cart trips along the unused railway lines. Two trips to choose from either Dargaville to Tangowahine or Dargaville to Omana Rail Station.
Tangowahine trip
The rail line takes you along the historic Northern Wairoa River and through farmland. The views are quite scenic and you will enjoy the smell of the wild honeysuckle.

Trips run Tuesdays through Sundays. Bookings are essential.
Omana Rail Station trip
Please note, we are unable to run the Omana Rail Station trip at the moment.
The trip transverses along the rail corridor from Dargaville to Omana. Travel alongside some native bush, farm land, forestry blocks and over 18 bridges and through a 638 meter tunnel.
